Installation Services

A solid communications infrastructure begins with a professional installation. With almost 40 years in the technology business Connected724 Project Managers systematically take you through the installation process. We can provide complete turn-key implementations or work remotely with your local Connected724 sales consultants and installation partners. We test, stage and program each system before it is shipped to your location, then when it is time for system cutover, we are on standby in our national operations center to resolve any issues that may arise on installation day.

System Maintenance

To keep you up and running, Connected724 offers Concierge system maintenance, and as its name implies, Concierge maintenance is a full service, no finger pointing hardware support package. In the event you have a service interruption due to hardware failure, Connected724 will restore your system data and repair or replace your EdgeBox the next business day or sooner which require no additional trip charges associated with this service.  As a part of the Concierge maintenance we make sure you have the latest software updates for your EdgeBox at no additional charge. We also offer hardware maintenance for the rest of your Connected724 gear such as UPS, switches and phones, so ask your Connected724 representative for details.

System Monitoring

If you would like to take a “preemptive strike” against system outages, we recommend adding remote monitoring to your Concierge service package. Remote monitoring is an inexpensive way to have us proactively monitor your system and take action if necessary before a service interruption occurs. This 7 day a week, 24 hour per day service includes:

  • Monitoring all server event logs for proper operating system and anti-virus updates and activity (where applicable), monitoring system  backup status both on-site or remote, firewall activity, hack/spam relay attempts, monitoring system bottlenecks and hardware utilization, monitoring application services such as EdgeExchange, real-time IP device inventory collection and web-based reporting.

Help Desk Support

Occasionally we all need a little help and Connected724 is here for you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  Businesses are all staffed differently and require different levels of support. Some have a great deal of in-house expertise and others, well they have us. To help you better match your support requirements Connected724 offers help desk support in two ways; one price subscriptions support or pay as you go ticket based support.

  • Subscription Based Support  Subscription based support is like having our Connected724 staff on your own team. You purchase support subscriptions for your employees by applications like voice, email & calendaring or remote worker. Your employees can then access our support desk without any prior approvals for one low monthly price. Best of all you have access to a diverse set of skills at a fraction of the cost of your own employees.  When selecting subscription support, all of your employees are covered for the selected application.  Because remote workers normally represent a small part of your workforce they may purchase subscriptions separately.
  • Ticketed “Pay as you go” Support  When using ticket based support you buy tickets or service vouchers at a reduced rate when compared to time and material customers.  Each ticket provides up to 30 minutes of remote support.  Tickets may be purchased as a single or in discounted 5 packs and used whenever you choose.
