The EdgeBox family offers (4) communication appliances that support both small and medium size businesses for communities ranging in size from 10 - 300 users. All platforms support IP/PBX, unified messaging, call processing, email, calendar exchange, firewall, ACD and Web server. When combined with our Concierge maintenance and managed services we offer the security of an onsite solution, with the ease of a hosted offering.

Connected724 offers a range of VOIP endpoints that operate with SIP version 2.0 compatible systems (the current industry standard). Many of the Connected724 branded sets carry a 2 year “advance replacement” warranty which far exceeds the standard one year warranty manufacturers allow on most SIP telephones. An extra year longer and you don’t have to wait for a replacements!

Most standard SIP telephones can be powered either with a POE switch (power over ethernet) or with a small local power supply (see IP Phones for the local power supplies). Connected724 offers a both options for most telephones. Also listed are back up power supplies which are very important to have installed on your system to protect your investment in the event of power fluctuations or an outage.
